Mom was born in Belmont Nova Scotia and moved out to British Columbia in the early 60s. She is predeceased by her father, Bent, and mother, Ethel Roode, husband, Guy, son, Larry, daughter-in-law, Catherine (Rodney Webb), and granddaughter, Michelle (Charlene & Wayne Price). She traveled the world with her late husband, Guy Wilders, with whom she discovered her passion for golf. Through their travels, they met many people from all over the world, mom winning many trophies along the way. She loved to dance and socialize and was known to do many an Irish Jig, whether it be at a dance hall or a good old home party. She was an excellent hostess, making everyone feel welcome in her home. She learned to paint while on one of her travels South of the border. A hidden talent for beautiful oil paintings. She loved the changing of the seasons, which showed in her landscape paintings derived from photographs taken from her many journeys. Above all, the most important thing to her was her family. She loved them all dearly. She had a full and interesting life, and always had a story to tell. She will be sadly missed, however, her memories will go on. She is survived by her son, Rodney Webb, Daughters, Monica Webb and Charlene Price (Wayne), seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
