He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Miles and Alma; his siblings, Harold Clayton, Patricia, Charlene and Shirley; and his grandson Marcus.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, William Clayton, Robert Miles and Dianne Patricia Flanders; and his sister Maryanne Birney. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
