He was predeceased by: his wife Roelofje. He is survived by: his children, Ralph (Evelyn), Mary (Barry) and Margaret (Russ); and his grandchildren, Dennis (Marcia), Joyce (Tyson), Erin (Marco), Melanie (Rob), Laura (Chris), Robyn (Matt) and Kevin.
