He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivor and Mae; his sister Gwynneth Simmonds (Don); and his niece Teresa Lindstrom (John) of Brampton Ontario. He is survived by: his children, Tony (Judy), Kay (Lew) and Gareth (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Karen, David, Robyn, Cara and Kevin. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
