She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Wells and Erma Wells; and her brother Warner. She is survived by: her husband Albert (Bert); her children, Ken (Jennifer), Brent (Barbie) and Marcia (Lyndsey Hamm); her grandchildren, Lexi Burgess, Liam Burgess (Teryn), Austyn Hamm (Luke Patterson), Chynna Friesen (Milton), Josh Burgess and Anna Burgess; and her sister Kathleen Roberts. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brothers- and sisters-in-law and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Karen requested donations to Briercrest Bible College (Caronport, SK), Trinity Western University (Langley, BC), and Friends of Israel.
