It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorris Betty Carter (Langley, British Columbia), who passed away on February 17, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Kendel and Margaret Kendel; and her siblings, Alfred, Paul, Alvina and Emma.
She is survived by: her spouse James Carter; her sisters, Katie and Louise; and her children, Sandra Luongo (Peter), Kent Carter (Amy) and Bonnie Bach (Ed). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
