He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Reed. He is survived by: his father Don Reed; his wife Nancy Reed; his daughters, Meghan Bennie (Eric) and Laura Silva (David); his grandchildren, Emma Silva, Cole Silva, Ethan Bennie and Sophie Bennie; his siblings, Anne Pearson (Terry), Jim Reed (Elaine), David Reed, Sandy Parfitt (John) and Bruce Campbell (Corinna); and his father-in-law Ian Campbell.
In lieu of flowers family would gratefully request gifts be made to the BCIT Foundation in support of a legacy scholarship.
