He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Lang and Alexina Lang; his brothers, William and Norman (Mary); his birth mother Nellie Dykin; and his half-sister Eleanor.

He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Mark (Karen), Todd, Lisa (Terry) and Tracey (Curtis); his grandchildren, Brent, Alexina, Nathan (Sarah), Paul (Cristina), Valerie, Tomas (Hannah) and Brandee (Chad); and his great grandchildren, Oliver and Jasmyn. He is also survived by numerous friends and family.
