With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lily Stella Harvey (Lake Cowichan, British Columbia), born in Stratford, London, who passed away on November 20, 2018 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Reid (Barbara), Douglas (Esther) and Vicki Mann (Brian); her granddaughters, Suzanna Seip (Randy) and Angela Mann; and her great grandchild Quinn Sommerville.
