He was predeceased by: his parents, Margurieta Sampson and Rodrick Kitchen; and his brother Roger Kitchen. He is survived by: his children, Derek (Lyndsey) of Maple Bay and Graham (Kyra); his grandchild Abigail; and his siblings, Rick, Karl (Kathy), Phil, Mike (Dionne) and Liz (Rob).
