He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Evans and Delphia Evans. He is survived by: his wife Yvette; his children, Kyle and Tatym; and his siblings, Raymond (Donna) and Laurel.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in his name to the Jean C. Barber Lodge - Canadian Cancer Society.
