He is survived by: his wife Grace "Gracie" Elizabeth; his children, Terry-Lynn (James Laverty), Laurel (Pete Lipohar) and Jeff (Jennifer Aplin); his grandchildren, Katie Short, Connor Short (Kiersten), Jessica Englert (Corbin), Jonathan Englert (Emily), Josh Englert, Jayden Aplin (Nakayliah), Drew Aplin, Elise Aplin, Stephany Laverty (Alex) and Jayme Laverty; and his siblings, Nick Aplin of Ottawa and Jackie Aplin of Toronto.
