Manuel left this world on December 17, 2024 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Idalina; and his grandson Justin Hunter. He is survived by: his children, Victor (Sandra Hunter), Raul (Colleen Tillotson), Sylvia (Dan Henniger) and Phillip (Wendy Van); his grandchildren, Norman Hunter, Ella Tillotson-Tome, Daniel, Patricia Henniger, Jon Tome, Kevin, Jenny and Ashley Van Der Torre; his great grandchildren, Ashlee, Carys, Roselynne, Owen and Shilo; and his cousin Adelino Hipolito. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of British Columbia.
