He is survived by: his parents, Leon Hickman and Cynthia Hickman; his brother Ryan Hickman (Eve); his girlfriend Hailey Bishop; his grandparents, Frances Hodder and Barry Hickman; his aunts and uncles, Nancy Hickman (Dennis), Gladys Bolt (Victor), Stephanie Hickman (Colton), Barry Hodder (Charmaine), Aubrey Hodder (Roxanne), Carlson Hodder and Barry Hickman (Holly); his cousin Tyson Hodder; and his friend Rodney Brown.

In lieu of flowers, in Damian's memory donations may be made to the family for a future gift to the charity of their choice.
