She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank West and Lois West (Verheul); her stepfather Jan Verheul; and her siblings, Anita Forysthe (Bonnie), Sandra White, Jennette Whilhelm, Beverly West and Donald West.
She is survived by: her husband David James Adam; her son David Michael Adam (Krista Archambault); her grandchildren, Aiden James Adam and Maddie Dawne; and her brother Larry West.
