He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Florence; his siblings, Marilyn (Rick) and Ken; and his brothers-in-law, Rick Olson and Matt Lorentz.

He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Rob (Silvija) and Shari; his brothers, Mike (Wendy) and Bob; his grandchildren, Melissa (Travis), Carmen and Ian; his great grandchildren, Jordin and Riley; and his siblings-in-law, Sheila Lorentz and Tom (Debbi). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
