It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wayne Bertram Van Steinburg in Kelowna, British Columbia, who passed away on April 19, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Steinburg and Alice Van Steinburg. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Sean Van Steinburg (Carolyn) and Sue Guidi (Sean); his siblings, Lee Van Steinburg, Mervyn Van Steinburg (Terri), Ian Van Steinburg (Julie) and Janet Kam; and his siblings-in-law, Betty, Harry Doberstein, Jack Papps and Elaine Papps. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Valleyview Funeral Home (165 Valleyview Rd, Kelowna, BC V1X3M5).
