It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Walter Lukawesky (Kelowna, British Columbia), who passed away on October 31, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Kenneth (Anna) and Wayne (Susan); his grandchildren, Stephanie (Justin), Stacy, Sheri (Tomas), Cara (Jimmy) and Chantel (Jay); his great grandchildren, Austin, Arwyn, Ava and Luka; his siblings, John (Nora), Victor, Russell (Denise), Henry, Elizabeth, Pat, Jane and Jeanette; his wife Lena; his parents, Stephen and Millie; his brother Peter; his siblings-in-law, Oletha, Ray and Len; and his daughter-in-law June.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Springfield Funeral Home (2020 Springfield Rd, Kelowna, BC V1Y5V8). A burial will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (3789 Royal Oak Ave, Burnaby, BC V5G4A5).
