With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rita Mildred Kulak (Kelowna, British Columbia), born in Stony Plain, Alberta, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 25, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Kim; her brother Milton Ulmer; her husband Egon Kulak; her brother Orville Ulmer; and her daughter Connie.

She is survived by: her daughter Laurie Turton (Troy) of Kelowna; her granddaughters, Tori Turton (Brian Fairey) of Kelowna and Emily Turton (Mark Kohlen) of Kelowna; her daughter Patty Morrison (Doug) of Cranbrook; her granddaughters, Sarah Morrison-Hoy (Aaron) of Okanagan Falls, Amii Morrison (Robbie Balcom) of Cranbrook and Kendall Schuster (Kris); her great grandchildren, Adelaide of Kelowna, Daxen of Kelowna and Alina of Kelowna; her granddaughter Kaley Powder (T. J.); her great grandchildren, Westlee of Calgary, Maddison of Calgary and Skylar of Calgary; and her grandson Jake Kulak (Claire) of Kelowna. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
