He was predeceased by: his brother Bob. He is survived by: his wife Dawne; his pet Haddie; his sons, Sam and Kyle (Leah); his stepdaughter Lindsey (Jared); his stepgrandchildren, Koen and Jaxon; his stepdaughter Courtney (Amanda); his parents, Bob and Pat; and his brother Ron. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
