He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Inger Lewis and Fred Lewis. He is survived by: his parents, Michele Lewis and David Lewis; his siblings, Kayla Herman (Chris Herman) and Stephen Lewis; and his grandparents, Isabelle and Morris McClement. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
