She was predeceased by: her husband Otto Streibel; her son Marvin; and her siblings, Clara Hohm, Leonida Hohm, Else Hohm, Helmut Hohm, Ida Lutzer, Adelgunde Göpfert, Gary Hohm, Hildegard Weiss and Erna Pagels Redling.

She is survived by: her daughter Anita Weiss (Marvin); her grandchildren, Jared, Rachel and Nathan; her sister Irlande Weiss (Eduard); and her siblings-in-law, Linda Jesswein (Germany), Martha Engel (Kelowna), Arnold Streibel (Saskatchewan) and Horst (Margit). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
