He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lazaroff; his daughter Patti Green (Doug); his grandchildren, Kimberley Guenther (Jeff), Craig Green (Miranda) and Kristie Molyneaux (Corey); and his great grandchildren, Jordan, Marissa, Noah, Nathan, Lucy, Leo, Caden and Grayson.
