He was predeceased by: his parents, Ilona Kecskemeti and Karoly Gabor. He is survived by: his wife Cristeta Pastorin Gabor; his children, Theodore (Monica) and Anita; his grandchildren, Lisa Marie (Bronwen), Matthew Karl and Karlie Anne (TJ); his great grandchildren, Acacia and Kyra; and also, Tibor Gabor, Mihaly, Eva Gabor, Laszlo Gabor, Gabriella and Viktoria Gabor.
