He was predeceased by: his parents, George Strocen and Ann Strocen; his parents-in-law, Mike and Julia Lozinski; his siblings, Mary Paluck (Sam), Joan Taylor (Bernard), Jenny Zurawell (Mike), Rose Strocen, Edward Strocen (Ann) and Roman; and his brother-in-law Nick Zbeetnoff.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Janice Edge-Partington (Mike) of Fort Mill, SC, Sheri Hickin (Jeff) and Blaine Strocen (Nancey) of West Kelowna, BC.; his siblings, Helen Zbeetnoff of Saskatoon, SK and Dan Strocen (Ann) of Calgary, AB; and his sister-in-law Mary Strocen of Langley, BC..
In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be directed to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.
