John King Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John King (Kelowna, British Columbia), born in Fortune, Newfoundland, who passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Bruil; his stepchildren, Karen (Kier) and James; his grandchildren, Hanna and Corbin; his siblings, Elizabeth (Mike), Brenda (Bob) and Carl (Teresa); his aunt Kaye; his children, Ashley, Jessica and Sean; his friends, Joe, Brenda and Dave; and also, Hetty (Larry), Clari (Koos), John (Sandy) and Larry (Lisa).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of First Memorial Funeral Services (1211 Sutherland Ave, Kelowna, BC V1Y5Y2).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kelowna Hospice House or BC Cancer-Kelowna.
