He was predeceased by: his parent John (Helen Butuk); his brother Bill Butuk; and his friends, Jim and Betty McCauley of Thunder Bay. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Butuk; his children, Dr. David Butuk (Yvette) of Meridian, ID and Heather Butuk-Daglish (Andrew) of San Diego, CA; and his grandchildren, Carter Butuk, Annika Daglish and Ronan Daglish.
