She was predeceased by: her mother Gladys Mary Bain (James Alexander Bain); her husband Fredrick Laroy Jacklin; her siblings, Violet Howard and Roderick Bain; and her son Dougie.
She is survived by: her sister Winnie Robertson; her children, Kathy Todd (John), Greg, David and Fred Jr. (Debra); her grandchildren, Tristan Jutras (Stephanie), Steph Sanford (Shane) and Alex Cole (Brock); her great grandchildren, Theo and Levi; and her friend Cathy Carter.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Edmund's Roman Catholic Parish (545 Mahon Ave, North Vancouver, BC V7M2R7).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jessie's memory may be made to St. Edmund's School, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, or a charity of your choice.
