He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Miller (Willie) and Lisa Dommasch; his grandchildren, Travis, Stephanie, Jake, Jesse, Alysha, Johnathan, Payton, Carter and Kate; his sisters, Dorothe Cazabon and Margaret Kozikowski; and his sister-in-law Gail Schuck. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, a niece, nephews, and countless dear friends.
