He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe and Pauline; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his wife Morena; his stepdaughter Nicole; his siblings, Carol Tooley (Jim), Joann Swann (Laurence) and Trevor Miller (Linda); and his sister-in-law Gillian Miller (Gerry).
