He was predeceased by: his father Weldon Kolberg; his grandparents, Ida, Walter Kolberg, Betty and Adam Keller; and his cousin Trevor Keller.

He is survived by: his mother Theresa Kolberg (Terry Strueby). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
