Though Eric Owen may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Eric Owen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Grundy; his parents, Yoshiko Ishikawa and Tom Lutz (Norma); and his sister Sarah Kiomi Lutz. He is also survived by extended family, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and co-workers.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Everden Rust Funeral Services (1910 Windsor Rd, Kelowna, BC V1Y4R5).
