He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Myrtle. He is survived by: his wife Janine; his daughter Sara Gulyas (Peter); his grandchildren, Maison, Lola and Zoë; his daughter Laura Mercer (Sandy); his grandchildren, Kira and Jack; his great grandchild Renée O'Neil (Peter); his grandchildren, Madison and Olivia-Rae; and his siblings, Neil (Cindy) and Anne. He is also survived by extended family and many close friends.
