In the sacred silence of farewell, Elwin is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Jean; his brother Glenn (Chris); and his brother-in-law Dwayne. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sister Donna; and his nieces and nephews, Laura, Tanya, Todd and Shawn.
