Eleanor Florance Bobocel Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Florance Bobocel (Kelowna, British Columbia), born in Vilna, Alberta, who passed away on September 12, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dean Bobocel; her parents, Ken VanRiper and Olga VanRiper; and her sister Iona Geisinger. She is survived by: her children, Norman Bobocel (Marina), Robert Bobocel (Suri), Cecile Baer (Mike), Brenda Baer (Max) and Sheila Epp (Robin); and her sisters, Ilene Hall (Henry) and Doreen Jervis (Art). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Mrs. Eleanor Bobocel to the Central Okanagan Hospice Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
