Dennis Wayne Rooks Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Ann; and his siblings, Derwyn and Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Janet Rooks; his children, Shawn (Kristen) of Kelowna, BC and Justin (Chelsey) of Saskatoon, SK; his grandchild Mylah; and his siblings, Jeanette of Medicine Hat, AB, Darrel of Athabasca, AB and Clayton of Nanton, AB. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Rcaf Astra Hall (2407 Ave C North, Saskatoon, SK S7L6T1).

Dennis was recognized with the annual Sportsman Award for his contribution to amateur sport in the Swan River Valley in 1983.
