Chizuko Tanaka Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Chizuko Tanaka (Kelowna, British Columbia), who passed away on May 18, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Chizuko shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Chizuko farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Alan (Alison) and Elaine (Shawn); her siblings, Kimiyo, Yuichi and Katsumi; her husband Kiyoshi "Frank" Tanaka; and her brothers, Shusaburo, Toshihiro and Richiro.
