She was predeceased by: her parents, Iris Todd and James McLean Todd. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Darrell Sherrin; her children, Alexander (Marybeth Sherrin), Andrea (Tim Halley) and Todd (Jill Sherrin); and her grandchildren, Ian, Graeme, McLean, Owen, Camryn and Bryce.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Nature Conservancy of Canada or World Wildlife.
