He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hayes and Millie Hayes; and his brothers, Doug and Kent Hayes. He is survived by: his close friend Don Wright; his wife Wendy; his daughters, Kelsey (Eric) and Zaria (Todd); his sister-in-law Barb; his niece Amanda (Sean); his nephew Kent (Emir); and his cousins, Gary, Corey and Sheree.
