He is survived by: his wife Jill; his children, Wesley Elvins Thomas Elvins (Jamie) and Melinda Elvins; and his siblings, Shirley Vanderstap (Mike), Dale Elvins (Debbie), Greg Elvins and Brenda Lockhart (Doug). He is also survived by his five grandchildren, nieces and nephews, many in-laws and countless friends and his dogs.
