Shirley Gray Smith Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Gray Smith of Kamloops, British Columbia, born in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, who passed away on June 8, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Shirley Gray had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Shirley Gray may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

She is survived by: her daughters, Monique Gray Smith (Rhonda Peterson) and Teresa Dobmeier (Dean); her grandchildren, Sadie Smith-Peterson, Jaxson Smith-Peterson and Brianna Dobmeier; her siblings, Marie Glendinning, John Glendinning (Betty), Dan Cardinal and Gerry Cardinal; and her friends, Bev Arnold and Brenda Schley.
