He is survived by: his wife Gina Netherway (Dawn Higgins) of Kamloops, BC.; his daughter Tobi (Monty); his granddaughter Kodi; his sons, Chad and Paul; his granddaughter Chloe of Shorts Lake; his sister Suzanne; his brother-in-law Bill Lancaster; his nieces and nephews, Brian (Lori Ann), John (Patricia), Peter (Jodie), Garner (Lyndsay), Parker (Kim), Rhonda (Bob), Donna (Michael) and Laura (Steven); his brother-in-law Jim Higgins; and his nieces and nephews, Troy (Wendy), Drew (Heather), Tracy and Courtney (Shaun).

They spent winters in Palm Desert and part of summers at the family cottage in Nova Scotia until Covid restricted their activities.
