He was predeceased by: his close friend Pete Lenaghan; and his parents, Howie Loucks and Inez Loucks. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Loucks, Judy Duggan (Andy), Bob (Deb), Doug (Linda) and Clifford (Carrie Leonard); his nephews, Jim Loucks, Justin and Kevin Duggan; and his niece Keari Hart (family: Kim, Haylee Loucks).
