She was predeceased by: her parents, Pietro Rocca and Marianna Pirritano; her husband Petrus Vander (Pete); her siblings, Angela Greto, Pasquale (Pat) and Giuseppe Rocca (Joe); her siblings-in-law, Giuseppe Greto (Joe), Martien (Martin), Marcus (Max), Theodore (Ted), Cornelius van der Velden (Cory), Theo van den Heuvel, Annie and Jeanne van der Velden; and her nieces, Bianca van der Velden and Linda Rocca.

She is survived by: her children, Adrian Vander-Velden (Heather) and Carolyn Chorneychuk (Wayne); her grandchildren, Michelle MacNeil (Jason), Liam and Natalya Chorneychuk; her great grandchild Gabriella MacNeil; and her sisters-in-law, Ippolita Rocca (Pauline), Maria Rocca, Averil Van Der Velden and Leonie van den Heuvel. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
