She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kohlman and Catherine Kohlman; her husband Morris Prokop; and her brother Del Kohlman. She is survived by: her children, Debbie McKee (Greg), Delores Frechette (Ed Bailey), Beverley Black (Mal Spelbos) and Dale Prokop (Janell); her grandchildren, Katie Huszti (Trevor), Jennifer McKee-Mohammed (Shahed), Tegan McPhee, Justin Black (Meggi), Leah Black, Matthew Black and Hailey Prokop (Jason Kirton); her great grandchildren, Arriah and Theodore; her sister Dianne Connolly; her siblings-in-law, Elsie Kinaschuk, Mary Emery (Dave), Bernice Prokop, Evelyn Prokop and Bill Prokop; her aunt Gloria; and her siblings-in-law, Ernie Connolly, John Prokop, Don Prokop, Joe Prokop, Josie Prokop, Jessie Kinaschuk and Anne Booy. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
