He was predeceased by: his brothers, John and Dave; and his parents, Hilbert DeLeeuw and Ethel DeLeeuw. He is survived by: his wife Barb; his sons, James and Jerry (Melody); his grandchildren, Jeremy (Chelsea) and Jaimee-Lyn; his stepchildren, Karla and Stacy (Dustin); his stepgrandchildren, Kaedance and Jack; his siblings, Darlene (Joe), Mike (Kim) and Pat; his stepsister Esther (Lee); his sisters-in-law, Lyn (Doug) and Roberta (Perry); and his stepmother Jean. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
