He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan and Inske. He is survived by: his former wife Kris; his children, Kim (Fred) and Mark; his grandchildren, Jon (Clara), Joshua (Hannah), Nicole and Andrew; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Taylor, Olivia, Tinsley and Casey.
