He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Kenneth Douglas Jack of Kamloops. He is survived by: his mother Cecelia M. 'Didi Jack of Oliver, B. C.; his children, Taylor and Riley; his brother Travis McLean Jack of Kamloops; and his cousins, S. A. and Germany. He is also survived by uncle, two aunts.
