“Heartbroken to hear of Janet's passing. I remember her so well, grades 1 -5 at Valleyview Elementary. Certainly the most popular and sweet natured girl. My first crush, this beautiful girl. I had the honor of dancing the Maypole dance with Janet, leading it off in summer Grade 5. We were chosen to be partners for this by Marion Schilling herself, and the school later named for Mrs. Schilling. Janet was so lovely, the queen of Friday night skating, always will be missed.
