He was predeceased by: his wife Joan (Foley); his parents, Thomas Franklin and Beatrice Franklin (Nichols); and his siblings, Marge Minard (Orbin), Ann Wynn (Eldon), Carl (Lib) and Harold (Eva).
He is survived by: his children, Doug, Kelly Comeau (Perry) and Acacia Valley; his brother Thomas Franklin Wilmot (Nina); and his grandchildren, Jamea Franklin and Nevada. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, great nephews and nieces.
